This Privacy Policy relates to Beacon Entertainments Ltd Bingo Clubs (Beacon Bingo, Hippodrome Bingo) generally. It also applies to you if you are a member of one of the Beacon Entertainments Ltd Bingo clubs (“Member”) and if you are simply a non-member user of this website (“Non-Member User”). In the case of Members this Privacy Policy forms part of your Membership.

(v) by telephone recording by us (for security and/or training purposes);

(vii) by CCTV at one or more of the Beacon Entertainments Ltd Bingo clubs; and/or
(viii) by you replying to mailings and other promotions from time to time.

(ii) we can deal with general queries you raise from time to time through one of the “Contact Us” links on this website or by telephone, by post or at one of the Beacon clubs;
(iii) we can send you information (by post and/or, if you have consented, by email, by telephone and/or by text messaging) about (1) our products, services and promotions and (2) products, services and promotions of our group companies and (3) products, services and promotions of other carefully selected companies, often referred to as ‘direct marketing’ and ‘host mailing’. (For the avoidance of doubt we will not disclose your details to any person for whom we carry out host mailing other than companies which are part of our group companies.) If at any time you do not want to receive such information then please contact our Compliance Officer referred to below;
(iv) we can gather generic information (ie that doesn’t identify you) about what pages you visit on this website, how long you stayed on each page, and the route you took to navigate through the pages to help us monitor the accessibility of this website and what your needs might be so that we can develop and improve this website generally;
