(iv) by you dealing with one of our employees over the telephone, at one of the Beacon Entertainments Ltd Bingo clubs, by e-mail or by post;
(v) by telephone recording by us (for security and/or training purposes);

(vii) by CCTV at one or more of the Beacon Entertainments Ltd Bingo clubs; and/or
(viii) by you replying to mailings and other promotions from time to time.
What do we do with your Personal Data?
We will use your personal information so that:
(i) we can process your membership application with a view to accepting you as a Member;
(ii) we can deal with general queries you raise from time to time through one of the “Contact Us” links on this website or by telephone, by post or at one of the Beacon clubs;
(iii) we can send you information (by post and/or, if you have consented, by email, by telephone and/or by text messaging) about (1) our products, services and promotions and (2) products, services and promotions of our group companies and (3) products, services and promotions of other carefully selected companies, often referred to as ‘direct marketing’ and ‘host mailing’. (For the avoidance of doubt we will not disclose your details to any person for whom we carry out host mailing other than companies which are part of our group companies.) If at any time you do not want to receive such information then please contact our Compliance Officer referred to below;
(iv) we can gather generic information (ie that doesn’t identify you) about what pages you visit on this website, how long you stayed on each page, and the route you took to navigate through the pages to help us monitor the accessibility of this website and what your needs might be so that we can develop and improve this website generally;
(v) the general administration of Member’s membership records;
(vi) the general maintenance of our data base/ information databanks;
(vii) for security purposes; and
(viii) for training our employees.
Who else gets to see your Personal Data?
We will, from time to time need disclose your personal information to various third parties. These third parties are:
(i) our data processors (ie people who process information for us) including the persons who host this website on our behalf and the persons who maintain, update and administer this website on our behalf; and/or
(ii) other of our group companies.
